March update

Happy March everyone!

Well, it looks like spring is on its way for us here at HiyaHiya Europe, and it could not be more welcomed, with warmer weather, longer days, and plenty of new projects to work on. With any new project, comes the need for new tools.

With our broad range of needles, hooks, and accessories, it can sometimes be daunting working out where to begin. Whether you are looking at expanding the range you stock, or just looking to improve your customer's journey, our latest needle and hook guide blogs are here to help.

Inaccurate shipping quotes

We use a third-party system to generate our shipping costs and we have recently noticed that some of our retailers are receiving high estimates. We are sorry if this has happened to you; we are working to correct this.

In some cases this may not be an accurate quote, so please contact us if your shipping is abnormally high and we can look into the matter for you.

Delays to deliveries

Our warehouse team has worked hard to ensure that orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment processing. However, due to changes brought on by Brexit, some courier companies have struggled to adapt adequately.

We would like to express our sincerest apologies to anyone who has experienced delays due to this issue, and we would like to thank you for your continued understanding and patience. We are re-evaluating our courier options to ensure we are only using services that have proved reliable during this period.

New retailers February 2021

Please extend a warm welcome to the new retailers joining our official HiyaHiya Europe stockists in February.

The first is Dandelion, a wonderful shop in Gouarec, specialising in British knitting yarns and accessories, home decorations and original crafts from local artisans.

The second is Chez Mobilaine, a mobile yarn boutique, delivering craft supplies and yarns to people in the Amiens area.

New sharp and steel fixed circular bundles.

Our flexible cables and seamless joins are teamed with high-quality stainless steel tips to offer strength, with a hollow construction for a lovely lightweight feel.

These fixed circular needles ensure that stitches glide effortlessly over the needle tips and select sizes are now available in bundles.

When you buy this bundle you get seven for the price of six. You can choose to have seven of the same tip size or a mixed set.

In the mixed set, you will receive one of each tip size (2.00mm, 2.50mm, 3.00mm, 3.50mm, 4.00mm, 4.50mm, and 5.00mm).
