Our followers pattern recommendations April 2021.
It has been a busy month in the HiyaHiya Europe office, and I haven’t had much time to cast on any new projects. So, for this blog, I have asked our Instagram followers what patterns they are currently making. Unlike my previous favourite pattern blogs, you do need to pay for these patterns, but they are worth every penny.
The first recommendation I received was from @Irukal, who recommended the Easy Pullover pattern by @Ankestrick.
She explained that she loves Ankestricks patterns as they always have simple constructions using short rows. This isn’t the only project she has on the go from this designer at the moment and recommended that I take a look at her Ravelry page (which I did and loved).
All the HiyaHiya products she used, were from her favourite stockist @Fainti.tenda.
The next recommendation came from @ziaknit who recommended the Arata sweater by @knit.love.wool.
This is just one of the many gorgeous Icelandic patterned sweaters that Jennifer has in her catalogue, all with varying degrees of difficulty for anyone looking for a new sweater challenge.
I love the choice of colours that @ziaknit has chosen for this project, and I cannot wait to see the finished piece!
Our final recommendation came from @aprilmariesphotography who tagged us in her Venice wrap tank WIP designed by @gorillaknits.
They were lovely enough to share this photo of their work with us, and thanks to their recommendation, this lovely project is now in my cast on queue. I think it will be perfect for the upcoming warm weather!
