We are currently offering a unique buyback guarantee that gives you four months to sell HiyaHiya products without risk. If you're unable to convince your customers to purchase HiyaHiya in that timescale, we will be happy to buy your remaining stock back.

What is the buyback guarantee?

If you haven't sold up to 10% of the stock you purchased in your initial order with HiyaHiya, you will be eligible to send the remaining items back.

Will I get a full refund?

Yes, you will be fully refunded on the products you are sending back under this offer, at the price you paid (excluding discounts and shipping).

Am I eligible?

If you are a new retailer of HiyaHiya products and place you first order between the 1 October and 31 October 2020, then you are eligible for the buyback guarantee.

How do I get the buyback guarantee?

To qualify for this offer, you will need to write the words 'Buyback Guarantee' in the 'Special Instructions' box when placing your initial order with us. You will find this at the checkout page.

Alternatively, you will need to email [email protected] to notify us as soon as you have placed your order. We will reply to confirm receipt which you will need to retain for proof.
