Delayed Shipment

Early this morning, we were contacted by our freight company with some unexpected update on our shipment which was due to leave China today. Unfortunately, due to ever-changing customs rules because of the increasing figures of COVID cases around the world, couriers are unable to deliver large shipments via plane because these supply lanes are needed for emergency COVID-19 medical equipment. This means our shipment will be arriving by sea instead which can take up to approximately five weeks to arrive in the UK.

 
We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause to your business, particularly in the busy period before Christmas. We are working closely with our manufacturer to get products back in stock.
