February Update
We are happy to announce that our bamboo shipment has arrived!
Thank you for your understanding regarding our low bamboo stock levels over the past year. As many of you know after a poor harvest in early 2020, HiyaHiya Global chose not to manufacture their bamboo needles until a better crop was harvested. Thankfully, they had a successful autumn harvest and have been able to ship the start of our bamboo order to us.
Whilst many of our favourite bamboo items are finally back in stock, some items are still outstanding. We are currently working with HiyaHiya Global to get all outstanding items shipped as soon as possible.
Thank you again for being so supportive during this trying time, and we have high hopes that this situation will improve as we move further into 2021.
Free shipping on orders over £800*
Knowing that times are still tough for all of us in these uncertain times, we would like to thank everyone who supported us throughout 2020. HiyaHiya seems to be as popular at the start of 2021 which is extremely positive for all of us. Long may it continue.

Delays to deliveries.
Our warehouse team has worked hard to ensure that orders are shipped within 48 hours. However, due to changes brought on by Brexit, some courier companies have struggled to adapt adequately.
We would like to express our sincerest apologies to anyone who has experienced delays due to this issue, and we would like to thank you for your understanding. We are re-evaluating our courier options to ensure we are only using services that have proved reliable during this period.
Brexit and businesses within the EU
Thank you to everyone who has already sent us their EORI number, however, we still have many outstanding. As Brexit has officially taken effect, if your business is based within the EU, we will need your EORI number to send your orders out.
Kindly email your EORI numbers to [email protected] at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruptions to your order. If you do not have one, you can apply by clicking here and following the instructions.
Whilst a deal has been agreed upon, the full details of that deal are still being communicated to businesses within the UK. At the moment, it is our understanding that all businesses within the EU now qualifies as VAT exempt, however, the responsibility of any duties and taxes will fall upon the receiver.
As this is still being worked out, as soon as we have a clear message on new protocols, we will be sure to let you all know.
New retailers January 2021
Please extend a warm welcome to the new retailers joining our official HiyaHiya Europe stockists in January.

New arrivals and highlights
Thanks to your feedback HiyaHiya Global has expanded their range of sharp and steel tips to include more miniature/sock sizes. This means that we now stock 4" sharp and steel tips, starting at sizes 2.00mm and above.
The high-quality stainless steel tips offer strength but also feature hollow construction to make them lightweight for ease of use. HiyaHiya's range of stainless steel interchangeable tips are compatible with HiyaHiya interchangeable cables and straight needles.
