HiyaHiya Europe would like to wish all our wonderful retailers a happy new year!

We may have started 2021 in less than ideal circumstances, but we have every hope that this year will be a better one for all. As a thank you for your support last year, and to help you in what is still a turbulent time, we have lowered the amount you need to spend to qualify for free shipping from £1000 to £800*.

Hopefully, this will help everyone with what we recognise is a very difficult time.

UK Lockdown Update

As many of you are aware, the UK has entered its third lockdown. We would just like to emphasise that HiyaHiya Europe will be running as normal during this time. We have learnt and improved our working environment over the past year, to ensure that we can continue operating as usual throughout these uncertain times.

All staff who are able to work from home will be doing so, and those in the warehouse will follow strict rules to ensure the safety of each other and your orders.

Some couriers have informed us that there may be some delays to deliveries, but we are yet to experience any major issues.

New Shipment and bamboo range

Our latest shipment arrived just before Christmas, and we just want to thank everyone for your understanding regarding the delays it encountered. Whilst the majority of the stock ordered did arrive in this delivery, we are still waiting on bamboo needles.

As previously mentioned, HiyaHiya Global received a poor harvest of bamboo last year, which halted all production of bamboo tips. Fortunately, their autumn harvest was much better, and our bamboo order has been placed. We are just waiting on final confirmation from HiyaHiya Global on possible delivery dates.

We will, of course, keep you updated on this as we find out more, and can only apologise for the inconvenience this has had on your businesses.

  

Brexit and businesses within the EU

Thank you to everyone who has already sent us their EORI number, however, we still have many outstanding. As Brexit has officially taken effect, if your business is based within the EU, we will need your EORI number to send your orders out.

So please email your EORI numbers to [email protected] at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruptions to your order.

Whilst a deal has been agreed upon, the full details of that deal are still being communicated to business within the UK. At the moment, it is our understanding that all business within the EU now qualifies as VAT exempt, however, the responsibility of any duties and taxes will fall upon the receiver.

As this is still being worked out, as soon as we have a clear message on new protocols, we will be sure to let you all know.
