New Shipment

We are happy to announce that we have received the latest instalment of our 2020 shipment from HiyaHiya Global!

Our shipments are being delivered in segments over the year due to COVID-19 and its consequences on international shipping. This does mean everything is not back in stock yet, but we are gradually refilling the items that you and your customers love!

Our warehouse team is working very hard to update the stock on the system. Kindly email the team if there are any gift sets you would like that is still showing as out of stock on our website. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work as quickly as we can to make up these sets for your order.

The possible impact of Brexit

Thank you to everyone who has already sent us their EORI number, however, we still have many outstanding.

From 1st January 2021, if your business is based within the EU, we will need your EORI number to process your orders. If we do not have this on record, it may cause delays and additional costs to your future orders.

So please email us them to [email protected] at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruptions to your order.

Please also note that as of 1st January 2021 the UK will be leaving the EU. It is our understanding that the responsibility of duties and taxes across Europe will fall upon the receiver in the event there is no agreement for a free trade deal between Europe & the UK. However, it may be easier and more cost-effective for you to use a freight forwarding company to collect from us.

This may of course change if there is a deal between the UK and EU and we will let you know the full details as soon as we are aware of them.


HiyaHiya Bamboo Range

HiyaHiya prides itself on its reputation for producing only the highest quality of products and so after a poor harvest earlier this year, HiyaHiya Global chose not to manufacture their bamboo needles until a better crop was harvested. We are happy to say that they have had better luck in this year's harvest, and are currently manufacturing more bamboo tips and needles.

This does mean that we have not received any bamboo stock in this shipment, but we are eagerly awaiting its arrival in our next shipment due early next year.

We do understand the impact this has had on our retailers, and apologise sincerely for this.
