The Interchangeable Tip Adapter is the ideal solution for knitters with many tips but a preference for a certain length of cable. The Standard Tip Adapter connects large Interchangeable Tips to small Interchangeable Cables, while the Small Tip Adapter connects small Interchangeable Tips to miniature Interchangeable Cables. It is also possible to connect both sizes of the Tip Adapters to each other, allowing the knitter to connect large Interchangeable Tips to miniature Interchangeable Cables.

The Tip Adapters are also compatible with Interchangeable Straight Needles, allowing the knitter to use different sizes of straight needles with their Interchangeable Tips. The same rules apply, the Standard Tip Adapter allows the user to connect large Interchangeable Tips to small Interchangeable Straight Needles, while the Small Tip Adapter connects small Interchangeable Tips to miniature Interchangeable Straight Needles.
